Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0100ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded my ram in my gaming laptop but when i booted it for the first time it doesn't shows the ram in the task manager and in the system information it is showing 16gb out of 5.88g  useable,  any help would be image.pngimage.pngappreciated.

Hi@Mohitx18, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If the ram frequency is the same then it should work with the speed of 3200MHz. If it's lesser then it uses the lower frequency only. It can not run a dual channel.
