So the other day I was sat watching a movie on my laptop then all of a sudden there was purple marks appeared kinda in a line across the screen also in the middle I thought was a dead pixel but I touched it and it feels like a pin or something had pierced it which didnt happen but how the heck did this happen? Anyways its obviously still there along with the purple marks, I'm guessing the screen needs replacing but is the purple marks the screen or the gpu??? I've checked updates and its fully updated

Hello @SlimAdi1982
I need you to post the Product number of your Omen. Its found in the HP Support Assistant.
Can you take a picture of the screen so we can better understand what you see?
Use the camera icon above the text box when you write your response, to load the picture to this thread.

OK thanks that helps.
Those marks look more like damage to the panel that anything. Did anything heavy get put over the top of it or something?
All I can suggest is to contact HP Support again and discuss the issues of the keyboard and screen. There isn't really anything we can do from a forum standpoint for this. I'm sorry.
