Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Around a month ago my laptop started having these random stutters every few minutes where my games framerate would drop significantly (500 to average of 9) and the audio would distort while playing. It's not just in a game either, my cursor starts to stutter around on my desktop and it becomes incredibly slow to interact with and animations like the windows start menu are also slow and stuttery. This only appears to happen when a game is open. I lived with it for this time until today I factory reset the laptop twice, once while keeping files and another full wipe, same issue still occurs. Can anyone help me with this?
