i have problem with omen reactor lighting. I have omen command centar but when i change color or effect a cant apply. And i try with two different mouse and still nothing. I press aplly but nothing happen. I also have keyboard and headset omen mindframe and everything works normally. so what is problem i what i can do? ty miro cotic

To assist you better please provide me the complete Model of your HP Omen computer or the Product Number

 

You can refer to this Link:hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

 

Meantime update the HP Reactor Mouse Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-reactor-mouse/22864607

 

Next uninstall the HP Omen Command Center, restart your computer and download the latest version from Windows Store
