HP Omen Control lighting not working

i have problem with omen reactor lighting. I have omen command centar but when i change color or effect a cant apply. And i try with two different mouse and still nothing. I press aplly but nothing happen. I also have keyboard and headset omen mindframe and everything works normally. so what is problem i what i can do? ty miro cotic

Next uninstall the HP Omen Command Center, restart your computer and download the latest version from Windows Store
