Operating System: Unknown

Same thing happening here , PC HAD to be rest by full format due to Microsoft releasing a bad update that caused blue screen that could not be bypassed forced the pc into bios protection, and cut off all possible reset function and avenues of system recovery, nothing would work so here i am here trying to find where i can get the driver to light up my keys, it is gone erased with everything else.

Which Omen do you have? If you can, open the HP Support Assistant. The Product number is in there and post it back here please.

Did you reinstall with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool?
