i have same problem, 1st star toady of my new laptop ProdID  4JX77EA#ABZ

 

i have updated from microsoft market and the it tella me that it can work cuase it ned an update.. i click on UPDATE and it clos itself and then nothin happen..

i have disabled autoupdate windows cuase they must fix the last for some problem that i red

i have done all windows update, oCC now works but i dont see settings for keyboard colors.. just ne new window with the performance choose

Your model doesn't come the RGB. It only has a full-size 2-zone lighting backlit keyboard. You would have to have the 4-zone keyboard for that function. That is why the OCC doesn't show the lighting option.

I used it to identify what model you have, then looked up your specs in HPs data base.
