Good Morning,
The Omen key also does not work, I already installed the drivers all and I do not know what to do anymore. I wish they could help.

Yes its a known issue and I dont know when HP will discover the fix yet.

Ive been told that you might be able to get it funcioning again by uninstalling and reinstalling the Omen command center several times. Not a fix, just a work around.

 Hi,

Not sure which version OMEN CC or drivers in yout system.

I will recommend update to the latest BIOS (F.07) and all drivers through hp.com as well as OMEN CC through Microsoft Store.

My unit is OMEN CC 7.0.5 and the OMEN CC button works.
