Hello @SpiderMycron

I need to know what the full product number is of your Omen first.

Run the HP Support Assistant and find the product number there. Tell me what it is.

Thanks

OK thanks. Your model number is OMEN by HP - 15-dc0013ne.

Im not sure whats happening on your system so lets try this...

  • Uninstall the Omen Command Center from Windows Programs.
  • Then reinstall from the HP Store. Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
  • Then go to Windows All Settings, Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button (even if it shows that its up to date). It might find some missing drivers and such. Do this manually untill it does not find anymore.
  • Open the HP Support Assistant and search for any updates from there also.
  • Reboot the PC.

Open the Omen Command Center and see if its working.

If its not...

Go to Services (type Services in the Search bar and hit the Enter key).

Scroll down to HP Omen HSA and make sure its set to Running Automatic.

Let me know if that works.

OK Thanks.

You seem to have something else wrong with your system that I do not know about and its affecting the Omen Command Center.

All I could suggest is to do an HP factory reset and reinstall the operating system back to the way is was originally.

If you decide to do this, backup your data to an external drive or the cloud first (optional).
