Omen heating problem while gaming

Hello,

I have bought HP Omen Laptop dc0084tx Model on 1st May 2019, till date i.e. 23rd August 2019, i have seen two issues which i need support urgently. On back side of Laptop (where Fan is), there is dust accumulation which is visible, but since it is netted cover, i am unable to clean the dust, secondly i have already updated drivers along with latest bios, i am still facing the heating problem even on low settings. in Omen command menu, i have chosen the option which lowers cpu and gpu temperature, but still i am facing the problem. Please help to resolve.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Dust and debris can accumulate in and around the air vents over time, obstructing the airflow and causing the fans to work harder than normal to remove the heat.

NOTE: It is not necessary to open the notebook (laptop) to clean the vents.

Click here to clean the vents and inspect the fans.
