Hi @Tú,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

You can start by installing the latest available Realtek audio driver. HP released version 6.0.9718.1 (Rev: D) on September 4, 2024. If you can access the download link on the support site, save the driver to your computer, and then run it as an administrator to install. Once the installation is complete, restart your laptop to ensure the changes take effect.

Another option is using Windows Update to search for compatible drivers. Open your Windows settings, navigate to Update & Security, and let Windows check for updates. Often, updates include drivers optimized for your system's hardware.

If you'd prefer a more automated approach, the HP Support Assistant is a handy tool. After installing it, you can run a system check, and it will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers for your laptop.

Reinstalling the audio driver manually can also resolve conflicts. Through the Device Manager, uninstall the Realtek audio driver, ensuring you select the option to delete the driver software. When you restart your laptop, Windows should reinstall the necessary driver automatically.

Hi @Tú,

Thanks for your patience!

As of now, there’s no Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver specifically released for Windows 10 Pro version 19045.5555 for your HP Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0000 series on the HP support site.

However, you can still try installing the generic Realtek HD Audio driver directly from Realtek’s official website:

🔗 Download Realtek High Definition Audio Driver

Choose the version that matches your system architecture (usually 64-bit), download it, and install it by running as administrator. Once done, restart your system to apply changes.

Let me know how it goes.
