Recovery Manager

Hi everyone,

Is there way to install HP recovery manager? Last year I had to format my laptop because I couldn’t boot. I got assistant from HP support chat and they send me a clean installation for windows 10. However now I’m missing the HP recovery manager so I can recover from the recovery partition factory pre-installed 'cause i need the softwares. Is there a way to do so?

Did you not make a usb recovery flash drive with the HP Recovery Manager while it was installed?

If you use the usb recovery flash drive, you can perform a factory image recovery. It will put your Omen back to the factory delivered state, including the recovery partition. It will also give you the ability to access recovery manager pre boot with the F11 key.

If you did not create a usb recovery flash drive, you will need to purchase one from HP or an HP Partner vendor.

Which specific Omen do you have?

I need the complete product name or product number in order to provide HP links for you to source a recovery flash drive.

Unfortunately I did not make a backup flash drive. Is there any other way besides ordering the new flash drive from HP since I’m from Europe it’s going to take a lot of time

There is a way to order an offcial HP USB recovery flash drive from HP in Europe.  Best2serve.com is an official HP Partner. Change the language to match yours
