HP Recommended

The RE Tools partition contains the files for doing diagnostics, if your system has hardware issues. You can access that from F2 at startup. If you're going to reinstall again, then I wouldnt worry with deleting the recovery partition now. Everything will get wiped again anyways. You wont be able to add the extra space to C unless you delete the other two partitions also.

Ill add, it you still want to remove the recovery partition, you can do so in Diskpart within the Command Prompt in Windows.
