Hi
A while ago, due to miscellanious troubles I decided to totaly reset my computor usinge the tool thar reinstalles from the recovery partiotion. It stopped halv way through. I tried many times. I waited over nigth but it did't work. The recovery partion seems corruptded
I then installed win 11 from another computer and it worked but the computer is really slow and unstable. I later realised that win 11 isn't compatilble with my computer (HP OMEN laptop [Personal Information Removed].
So now I wonder if i can get hold of installationmedia fpr my computer on USB in Sweden?

HP Cloud Recovery Tool worked fine. It was a bit confusing thar I had to download it from Microsoft instead of HP.
I'm amazed that it even restored the recovery partition.
After a few hours of updating it's as good as new.
Strangely it also solved the battery problem I had. It didn't charge at all. I thought the battery was corrupt but it must have been a software problem.
Thanks!

You're very welcome.
Yes, HP decided to include the cloud recovery tool on the Microsoft Store website.
That's all well and good but if you have a PC that only has W7 on it, you can't get the program from the Microsoft Store.
HP used to have a link to download the software, but not anymore.
I saved the software, and I attached it for you if you ever have an issue with getting the tool from the MS Store.
