Hi , is the full recovery system process (format all drives, reinstall a fresh windows copy, etc...) damage the machine if I did it many times ??

There shouldnt be any problem to reinstall Windows many times to your hard drive. Its not going to damage the hardware.

SSDs on the other hand will over time wear out if the cells are written to so many times, but your system uses the old mechical hard drive.
