Does the recovery disk get damaged when upgrading from Windows 10 to 11?
After returning the system to 10 through the program from Microsoft, I wanted to reinstall the system to the factory state with all the software and drivers. Unfortunately, from what I can see, Windows 10 is being installed, but not from the HP recovery disc to the initial state.
Is it possible to install Windows 10 as it came from the HP factory?

Hi:
The only way you would be able to do that would be to make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.
The recovery drive that is created by the cloud recovery tool will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
