I' ve purchased this laptop from a big reseller in Italy (Euronics) and i don't know if it is considered an hp authorized reseller, because I'd like to get Red Dead redemption 2 from the offer that is shown in hp's site. I have an i7-9750h so technically i could use the offer. Can someone help me?

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
