So, after initially
reporting the issue within the first 6 months of purchase, having HP replace motherboard, battery etc. And having spent months on it I finally got the machine back 2 months ago. Barely used it with constant bitlocker issues. And now it’s dead again. Exactly what they had repaired/parts replaced for.
reported it again and the delay tactics are back. Being sent another power cable haha. How do I get a refund to end this nightmare once and for all.
that laptop is simply a Bad Omen! Pls help! Thanks
