Hi, I faced the same problem and even though the tech supports provide us accurate solutions, its a technical hardware defect that happens when within the BIOS. I suggest you reset your PC, yes completely refresh your pc from scratch like when it was when you first used it. This resolved the issue as it reset the BIOS info. This might seem odd and obviously not preferable solution but as you said neither of the devs solution made the problem vanish so I advice you to do the same. Don't forget to back up your important files just in case because the C drive data completely refreshes after PC reset. How to Reset: Setting -> Windows Update -> Advanced Options -> Recovery -> Reset This PC.
Hope this helps 🙂

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your experience — it's valuable for others facing BIOS-related hardware issues. You're absolutely right to highlight the importance of backing up important files before performing a full reset, especially since resetting Windows can wipe the C: drive and potentially other user settings.  Human to Pet Cat Voice Translation

Resetting Windows does not directly reset the BIOS, but in some rare cases, reinstalling Windows can clear certain system-level settings or driver conflicts that interact with BIOS behavior (like power management, fast boot, or hardware state persistence).

If the root issue is truly within the BIOS itself, users might also want to:

Try a BIOS reset to default settings (usually accessible during startup by pressing a key like F2, DEL, or ESC).

Consider doing a CMOS reset by removing the motherboard battery for a few minutes.

Or update/reflash the BIOS if it's a known firmware bug.

Best Regards
