The display from a omen X 17- w295ms won't work in your notebook.

You need the display part number for your notebook that is listed in the parts list at the link below:

HP PartSurfer

940614-001
LCD PANEL 17.3 FHD AG LED UWVA

Ok. So the display part no is as follows:

Part Model no: B173HAN01.4

Also, let me know if I assemble an available display screen of Omen 17 an120nr into my current model of Omen 17 ap101nr, will it be compatible for the same?

If no then please guide the best way to achieve it.

I've given you all the help that I can.

You can only install the display part number I posted

No substitutions.

Ok  I need to verify one more thing regarding that,

1. what would be the refresh rate of the part details you have shared ? Does it achieve the maximum refresh rate of 150hz as per my current one.

2. Or there are multiple refresh rates available under the same part number 940614-001 ??

sir, this is the refresh rate I am having for the same model (ap101nr). Can I get the same refresh rate ?

Or are there multiple refresh rates under same model number?
