HP OmniBook 3 16 inch Laptop PC 16-bu0000 (C34T3AV)

I purchased my laptop, and after using it for only a little over a month, the screen suddenly developed a vertical line/stripe. Since the laptop was still relatively new and under warranty, I contacted HP Support and was instructed to send the laptop in for repair.

I was told that it would take approximately 10 days for my laptop to be repaired and returned to me. Based on that information, I sent my laptop to HP expecting to have it back within a reasonable amount of time.

However, the repair has taken far longer than I was originally told. I was later informed that the repair was delayed because HP had to wait for a replacement part to be ordered. Since then, the estimated return date has been delayed three separate times. At the newest eétimated return date, it will be nearly two months since I sent my laptop in for repair.

What is especially frustrating is that I have had to repeatedly wait for new estimated dates, only to have those dates delayed again. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but having the repair delayed three times and keeping my laptop for nearly two months is unacceptable, especially for a relatively new laptop that developed a hardware issue only shortly after purchase.

I understand that you have purchased HP laptop only a little over a month before the screen developed a vertical line/stripe. Since the device is still under warranty, It promptly contacted HP Support and followed instructions to send it in for repair.

At the time, You were infromed that the repair would take approximately 10 days. Based on that assurance, You sent your laptop expecting a timely resolution. However, the repair has now taken far longer than promised. To further assist you with the issue and check the status I would request you to please share me the Case ID or any reference ID.
