OMEN by HP 15t-ax200 CTO Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OMEN by HP 15t-ax200 CTO Laptop PC's battery expanded to the point where I had no option but to replace it. Hp didn't carry the "HP Battery 4C 63Wh 4. 112A LI TE - 905277-855 - OEM" battery so I bought it from a trusted third-party website (ITPAS). When I received the battery I immediately installed it and made sure the laptop would start up and was charging before I let it fully charge. I let the battery charge for 6-8 hours before using it, while using the laptop with the new battery it blues screen crashed twice and both times the computer restarted before I could see the error codes. I then let the laptop charge while being off overnight, the next day I checked the battery with the HP support assistant battery checker and it said to replace it. From there I followed the steps for manually calibrating a new battery from HP. I unplugged the laptop let it run an extensive memory test until drained (which took under an hour when it said up to 6 hours) I left the laptop unplugged with drained battery for about another 4 hours. Now following the rest of the instructions, I'm supposed to let it fully charge but the laptop is stuck at 36% and has been for 6 hours now. I checked the outlet, the cord, the plug. I tried to charge it while it was off, in sleep mode, and on. I don't know what to do from here.

You can use part # to search elsewhere. I saw it on Newegg, Amazon ... for around $46. HP won't allow me to post those links. Please search yourself.

I have already bought and replaced the battery from ITPAS my issue is now after trying to manually calibrate the battery it has stopped charging and 35% and will not charge any further. It did fail the bios battery test ( Failure ID: MBTT11-9T1ART-MFPUQJ-C09C03 ). Now randomly my "Q" key has stopped working I'm not completely sure if it is related.

I've tried Part Surfer for my battery but it does not find it.
Mine is a 922752-421.

Nothing comes up so had to go online and search for a replacement battery but checked on the details and reviews before ordering.

Just waiting now 🙂
