Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The N and X stopped working shortly after buying this on Ebay. 

It's a great computer apart from this issue.

Has anyone managed to fix it? I found this YouTube video that seemed to do the job for a similar model
