Dear IT Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance in checking the display resolution settings and panel pin of my computer.

Lately, I have noticed some issues with the display quality, and I suspect that it might be due to the resolution settings or panel pin. I have tried adjusting the settings on my own, but unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the issue.

Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could take a look at my computer and ensure that the display resolution settings are optimized for my monitor. Additionally, could you please check the panel pin and ensure that it is properly connected?

Please let me know if there is any information you need from me or if you need to access my computer remotely to check these settings.

Its specs

Its NATIVE resolution is  1920 x 1080 (its screen: 39.62 cm (15.6) diagonal FHD IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit, 250 nits, 45% NTSC (1920 x 1080)

You can't pump it up, it will not stable.
