This forum is not connected to direct HP Support. That is why I gave you the link above.

You will have to contact HP Support (not the forum) directly for RMA information.

If you cannot wiggle the card out yourself, maybe the mechanism inside broke.

You would have to make a warranty claim for HP to fix it.
