I bought a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro for my brand new HP Victus Gaming laptop 16.1 (i7 Gen13th, RTX 4060 8 GB, 240Hz Refresh Rate) but when I run the test, it's showing that "Short DST "warning", then I changed it but it's showing the samething when I test it again.
Question 1: What is the problem, is this laptop not supporting a high speed SSD ?!
Then I changed the brand with lower SSD speed "Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB and it's passed the test, but the problem that my laptop is lagging and freezing randomly, and when I copy and paste files the speed keep falling down to 0 GB/s and the laptop freezing for 5 - 15 sec then return back to complete pasting files!!
Question 2: Can some one help me with this issue?
Please note that in all tests showing that everything is fine in the laptop.
and please know that I upgrade the RAM's to 32 GB (16 GB x 2) Crucial DDR5 - 4800 "1.1V CL40"

Hi Alden,
- High Speed & Storage Capacity: PASSED
I would like to tell you that I bought a new SSD "kingston fury 7300 Mb/s - 2TB" and it's passed in the test and working very fine.
- Windows 11 Freezing & Lagging and speed failure:
About the problem I faced that it's "keep lagging & dropping down the speed to 0 and freezing without any reason" was from the Crusial P3 Plus SSD 5000 Mb/s - 2TB, I contacted them about the SSD issues and I will return it back to them.
- Samsung 980 Pro & 990 Pro Issues:
The disk test was giving the warning in short DST for the samsung 980 pro & 990 pro was not about the speed it's because there's an issues in their ssd's frimware and many people are complaining about this issues, this problem about these SSD's is burning their selfs in a short time that's why the test was giving the warning.
The kingston fury had almost the same speed of samsung 990 pro and it's passed in the test and working fine, and I'm planing to change the crucial RAM's to kingston it's better for me to match the brands and because I'm afraid the issues I faced in crosual SSD's will happen in the future with their RAM's.
Thank You, and I hope that this answer will help anyone facing and had the same issues.
