Hello, so the other day my laptop started getting the SMART hard disk error and I tried multiple methods suck as the start safe mode, BIOS, and trying to reset it. Well The last thing I tried was the reset, when I tried that it got to 64% and now it’s on a constant loop of going in between the SMART hard disk error message and then to the resetting screen, just a constant loop of back and forth. It’s completely stuck at 64% and then just black screens and goes back to the SMART hard disk error. I was wondering what i could possibly do about this now, if anything. Thanks in advance!

If you can replace the SSD, you can reinstall the operating system yourself.
It's easy enough to do if you have another PC.
If you can get into your BIOS' system information, enter the product number of your notebook in the search window at the link below and let me know if it returns a 'Product is Supported' message.
Cloud Recovery (d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net)
To get into the BIOS, turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F10 setup option and press the Enter key.
The system information window should provide the product number which would be 7 characters and a # sign and 3 more characters.

If you can't get into the BIOS and you can find your notebook's serial number on the bottom of the case, enter the serial number in the link below, get the product number and enter that in the link I posted above.

Hi:
Normally that error means that a new boot drive needs to be installed.
In the case of the Victus 15-Fa0000 model series, that would mean the M.2 NVMe SSD has failed and needs to be replaced.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the M.2 SSD removal and replacement procedure.

So Simply replacing the SDD card will fix this issue? I have an appointment with best buy tomorrow, which is where I bought it from and they were telling me that they’d have to completely reinstall the operating system to fix it. If so I do have an SSD card on hand that I could replace it with.
