I have an HP Pavillion 15-ec1512ax laptop with a 256gb SSD, I'm wondering if it's upgradable to 1tb ssd.

Hi:

 

Yes, you can replace the 256 GB NVMe SSD with a 1 TB one.

 

Chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page indicates that HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 1 TB in the model series.
