My ssd is not working i want to replace it . Mine is gen4 pcie nvme m.2 , i need to know whether gen3 pcie nvme m.2 ssd will be compatible for my laptop.

If you current SSD is Gen4 and you want to replace it with Gen3 then Yes, a Gen3 PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD is fully compatible with your laptop's Gen4 PCIe NVMe M.2 slot. Just Ensure the replacement SSD matches your laptop's M.2 form factor (likely 2280) and keying.
