Hello my laptop model (pavilion 15 cx0009ne) is having 128 GB SSD (WDC Sn520 Sdapnuw-128g-1006) storage and i want to upgrade my storage to 1TB WD SN550 m 2.0 nvme. Is it Compatible to upgrade a nvme SSD to a SATA interface?

The specs of your machine is

which says nothing about "bonus" 128GB WDC drive which is an NVMe SSD drive

 

           https://www.westerndigital.com/products/commercial-internal-drives/pc-sn520-ssd

 

you should be able to replace 128GC with larger (capacity) drive using

 

           https://shop.westerndigital.com/products/internal-drives/wd-blue-sn550-nvme-ssd#WDS500G2B0C
