My screen is freezing randomly for like a second and if I have audio it would start making a loud buzzing noise. I updated the BIOS, drivers, and every single firmware update that was available. Scan for corrupted drivers and it turned out I had to update my SSD firmware and sfcscan on windows is clean, but before it had to fix some corrupted files. I had a similar problem before but my motherboard got replaced along with the heatsink. Even when temps are low its happening. Everytime I shutdown my laptop and if I dont plug it in after it seems to work fine(havent tested this enough to fully gurantee this). Any fixes? Should I just reinstall windows?

As for freezing, Do this:

- Press Win + R, type services.msc, Enter.

- Find HP One Agent Service, right-click > Properties.

- Set Startup type to Disabled; click Stop if running > apply and OK.

- Close window, restart laptop.

- Test it.

Before I do this what exactly does this do? A temp solution I found so far was that if I power off and power on with the power adapter plugged in on the startup it behaved fine

It's related to monitoring and diagnosis, etc. Recently it has been causing negative effects like freezes and stutters
