Product: Omen 15t-ax000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a omen product with 965 4GB Video graphics card. Whenever I play any game without charger my screen goes blank but i can still here the running sound. But, with charger I dont find any such problem. Kindly, suggest me a solution.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when the computer was working fine.

I have both BIOS and graphics driver updated with latest versions. I am still facing same issue If i play without charger.
