OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My Omen laptop keep getting laggy in the whole screen, it isn't videos or a program, I formatted the laptop, the same problem, it also gets the sound like saturated or slow-mo and I can't seem to fix it, and it's not my headphones, the laptop speakers sound the same. I tried disactivating VBS so I could overclock the CPU and turn on the fans but when I go to device manager it doesn't show any options and say "Standard hardware security not supported". I need help.
