Hi @Aaditya15,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Do you see any lights or hear fan/drive activity when you power on the laptop?
  • Is the screen completely black, or does it show the HP logo briefly before going blank?
  • Did the BIOS update complete successfully, or did the laptop restart unexpectedly during the process?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Perform a Hard Reset
    • Disconnect the power adapter
    • Hold down the power button for 15–20 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power adapter and try turning the laptop on again.
  2. Check Display Output
    • Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV .
    • If the external display works, the issue may be with the laptop’s internal screen or display settings.
  3. Reset BIOS Settings
    • Power off the laptop.
    • Press and hold Windows + B keys, then press the Power button for 2–3 seconds.
    • This should trigger a BIOS recovery process.
  4. Remove Peripheral Devices
  • Disconnect all USB devices, memory cards, and accessories.
  • Restart the laptop to rule out conflicts.

I hope this helps.
