My screen has gotten all burned in and I want to replace it but every panel I find online is only 1080p and not the 3840x2160 I'm running now. They literally say they won't support the higher resolution so why would someone even buy it...

 

What panel do I need to keep the higher resolution and can someone point me in the right direction to find it?
