Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1054nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have Omen 15 (2019 i7 GTX1660ti) with 60hz FHD panel . While purchasing same model was available with 144hz(2019 i7 RTX2060) too. So I was wondering whether if it possible to upgrade my laptop screen from 60hz to 144hz .

My machine which is HP Omen 15-dc0071tx has
15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
Where did you buy your machine ? You should be able to replace your screen to 144Hz, I don't know the cost but should be
under US$500 (depending labor cost too)..
Regards.
