While watching a video on YouTube, my screen suddenly went black and when it turned back on, I saw scratches and dead pixels on the screen. My computer did not receive any damage such as falling, hitting, etc. However, I know that there is no solution for a dead pixel. What can I do to replace the screen? I bought the laptop about 4 years ago and I am thinking of replacing my screen for a fee. But should I get this part through authorized services or should I try to get it myself? Please help.
