Hi @Aditya3010,

The image contains serial number and other details hence we would not recommend you to post it in here.
With regards to the "Sufficient Privileges" let me check with my team and get back to you on this or you can try again sending through that link after 2-3 hours .

Hi @Aditya3010,

Thanks for your response. I did try to open the image but the image seems to not open "error - could not load media" Thats allright . Since you have already mentioned previously that BIOS Mode = UEFI , Secure Boot State = Off .

  • The notebook boots normally when Secure Boot is disabled
  • The issue started immediately after restoring the HP Secure Boot keys
  • The BIOS is already up to date
  • Windows was reinstalled by HP earlier this year

Based on everything you've shared, the most likely cause is that the Windows boot files on the EFI partition no longer match what Secure Boot expects after the factory Secure Boot keys were restored. Since the system works normally with Secure Boot disabled, the SSD and Windows installation itself are likely functional.

The EFI boot files may be damaged, At this point, try performing a Startup Repair from Windows 11 installation media: (Kindly refer to the document link for the steps - click here )

  1. Create a Windows 11 USB installer using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool.
  2. Boot from the USB.
  3. Select Repair your computer -Troubleshoot -Startup Repair.
  4. After the repair completes, re-enable Secure Boot and test.

I hope this helps. kindly let me know the result after these above steps .

Hi @Aditya3010.

Thanks for your response and I’m glad to hear you've already taken the laptop to an HP Service Center. Since you were planning to have the device professionally cleaned and the thermal paste replaced, it makes sense to have the technicians diagnose and address the issue at the same time.

Just for your information, you can locate the nearest HP service center using our Service Center Locator:
