Pavilion gaming 15-dk0045tx
Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop (HP Pavilion gaming 15-dk0045tx) is 2 years old and is under warranty. Few keys have not been working since a month.

I went to a service station nearby where they earlier diagnosed the issue. But there, while opening the parts, they were working carelessly and didn't even connect back my battery. Due to this, my laptop couldn't start without the charger. I faced this issue for a week along with the keyboard issue.

I lodged a complaint again in the service center and they diagnosed a keyboard replacement this time, and for battery issue they suggested buying a new battery as it was not covered in the warranty (remember, this issue was created due to their careless and irresponsible behavior).

Now, in the visit, battery issue, which was created by the service center itself, got fixed, but now, the service center guy who came to replace keyboard didn't do. He refused merely because one key's color was a bit faded (the up arrow key), and there isn't even a single physical damage. Now, it is natural for any gaming laptop which is used extensively to have some key's color faded, and then too, here it was only one. Now, they are refusing to change the keyboard and suggesting to buy a new one. Very poor quality of service and even after that my issue remains as it was. The only thing which HP service center did was to add to my existing issues and then solve one of those issues.

Please look into this issue and suggest a solution here as I am done with this poor service from HP.
