I, Prabhu, submitted my HP Omen 16 laptop for repair at your authorized service center (I-HEAP Electronics Pvt. Ltd) on 27 February 2026 due to a “No Power On” issue.
I was advised to replace the motherboard and battery, for which I paid ₹46,146 on 12 March 2026 (payment proof attached).
However, even after more than 60 days, my laptop has not been returned, and I have not received any proper update from the service center.
This delay is completely unacceptable, especially after such a significant payment.
I request immediate escalation and resolution within 48 hours. I expect one of the following:
Immediate completion and delivery of the repaired laptop
Replacement of the device
Refund of the amount paid
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this issue through consumer forums and social media.
Kindly treat this as urgent.
