Failure Symptom:

The following message displays after clicking the Update button on Performance Control, Network Booster, Overclocking, Undervolting or Graphics Switcher.

Resolution:

Follow steps below to resolve this issue:

Step 1: Go to the Microsoft Store to update OMEN Gaming Hub to the latest version.
Step 2: Use Windows Update to update your PC with the latest software and drivers including all optional updates (especially all drivers form HP, Intel, AMD and Realtek), then restart.
Step 3: Download and install the OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package directly from here. It will make your PC reboot after the install, so please close all apps before starting.
