Hello,
I own a HP omen laptop which i brought 4 months back and now an issue realted to laptop ports and charger pin has arised. The issue is that whenever i touch the laptop charger pin accidently or laptop ports i get electric shock whenever the charger is plugged in.. i did battery check and also the startup ac power check(by pressing f2) and it showed that everythins is fine... i checked again that in case the shock was due to static charge but whenever i touched the port i felt a shock... so i really am having no clue about what the problem is so please suggest me a solution for it as it can be dangerous.. thank you..reply as soon as possible as i know a friend which had a similar problem in his pc and his motherboard stopped working... i can post ss if required...thanks again
