Hello ,

What is the best USB Drive should I use to make my Windows 10 recovery partition? For a new HP Omen 17inch? I read that a 32 gig drive or more will not be recognize by the bios , if I need to boot from it , If i need to  bring my laptop back to the factory reset.

16 GB is the ideal size for a USB thumb drive recovery. You can use 16 or 32 GB but using a 32 GB is more of a waste, unless you wanted to store drivers on it too.
