Hello!

 

I have found several times on my laptop, that its charging slow.

 

I have tried all the solutions provided on the HP forum of updating BIOS etc.

 

Sometimes it charges normally, but sometimes after shutdown or hibernation it takes way more time like for 3% increase in battery charge it takes more than15mins (normally it takes around 3 mins).


After another  one or two shutdowns it starts to behave in a normal way.

 

Kindly help me in this matter.

There is no problem with the adapter. I have checked already.

 

I think so its a software bug
