OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dh1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For about two months now it seems my computer has had an issue ive been struggling to figure out. The laptop will run fine until I start to play a game, no matter how taxing the game it always starts to get an fps drop about 5-10 minutes in wherein it will go from about 70 fps to 20. It doesnt seem to be due to overheating, and hardware percentages never hit 100% however oddly enough when I start to lag it appears my usage for both cpu and gpu go down to about 20%. I need some help with this. Ive tried multiple resets, tried to repair corrupted files, all the performance boosters that were shown to me in the automatic tool and nothing seems to work.
