OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)

Hi everyone,

I have tried everything to fix my laptop. My laptop slutters on simple task like while playing video in youtube or some other things like gaming etc there is audio video annoying slutter for 2-4 seconds

I would launch a game and it would instantly start to stutter after 10-15 minutes  for 3-4 seconds then back to normal I went on the HP website and looked to see if everything was up to date including bios too. all my system is upto dated

I really want to find the root cause of the stutter in gameplay, it is driving me crazy. I paid stupid money for this laptop and for it to just underperform like this is terrible.Any video or games like assasin creeed valhalla, WWE 2k22 etc and yoube video etc having this issue

I treid installing realtek driver version 6.0.9091.1 (28-12-2020) and high definition audio driver also Plus same issue is happening in latest realtek driver too.I treid to call hp several times but no resolution to this issue.I am frustrated a lot

Please someone help.I saw many people have same issue After reinstalling the OS also , Many user issue is stil there

I have the same issue, its problem with BIOS (you can google fTPM AMD issue). It can be resolved if HP will release new BIOS version with fix, but they didnt. So you can only turn off TPM in your BIOS settings.
