How do I get this?

Well, like I pointed out earlier, there hasnt been a fix found for this issue in the past for the few times its ever happened.
For some reason the numbers are not registering correctly somewhere.
If it bothers you, take it back to the store for a replacement, or insist HP fix it under warranty. They should be willing to replace it if the preinstalled software wont install. Thats really all I can offer.
Good luck.

Hello @Omen_user
Thats strange, but here is the download for the CyberLink Power Media Player Software that comes with your model.
And just in case you need the Cyberlink PowerDirector Software...

I have seen others who have had this issue and could not get it to work either, but usually when changing hard drives.
Did you by chance reinstall windows 10 with the media creation tool, or is the OS still original?
If original, I have not seen anyone successful in fixing this issue. The only thing I can offer now is to either reinstall with a factory recovery to see if it corrects the licensing issue.
Or if this doesn't work, you would qualify to contact HP warranty for further help, or take it back to the store you bought it from for a replacement.
F11 at power on will bring you to the recovery option.

ONe other thing I might add...
IF its only the Cyberlink player thats not installing/working, perhaps an alternative player would work instead?
I dont use Cyberlink myself, I like VLC player as its more versitle with file types and its open source.
Just a thought.

Yes.. I accept that VLC is better than Cyberlink Media Player. But I am curious to know about that Why Cyberlink not being installed in my machine...
I contacted HP care regarding this. They suggessted to do a factory reset of OS in my Laptop. I did the same thing.. But I am still facing the issue..
