OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ive had this problem since day 1 of owning this, but it only happened a couple times until recently. Now its so bad the laptop is almost unusable if you want to hear anything. The sound will be perfectly fine, and then one speaker will fade down. It could be either speaker. Then after a few minutes it will go full volume again. I believe this is a hardware issue. I've tried rolling back the drivers, and doing everything I could find to resolve the issue but nothing seems to work. Is there anything I can do to fix this? My warranty just expired a month or so ago. I love this laptop, but this problem really ruins it for me. 😞
