Hi, one of my coolers is having some issues I took the time to clean everything and it keeps having the same issues so my guess is that I have to replace it, the thing is that I can't find an official place to buy the part is for an HP omen 15 ek1013dx the left cooler

No It doesn't, it has a terrible rattle and some times it stops working altogether. I though it was due to dust but it isn't that's why I'm looking for a spare like I mentioned before but I can't find it in your parts section.

Recommendation and solutions
In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked / REPLACE !
- short circuit test ( if required )
- Components test
- General cleaning ...
If you can't do that, you should have it < serviced > by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
