Hello everybody. My computer specs;
- RTX 3070 Laptop GPU 8GB
- i7-11800H 2.3Ghz (Turbo 4.3Ghz)
- 16GB of RAM
- Win 11 Pro
I sent my computer to the technical service because of the high temperature and fan noise I received. Fan changes were made, thermal paste was renewed. Before I put it into service, I was getting 90 FPS from the "Dying Light" game (Ray-Tracing turned off, DLSS Quality, high Graphics Settings), now I get an FPS value between 65-80, but it seems like this is not the value I got. I think it's a stuttering problem.
I did a clean install as soon as I got back from service. I have updated the drivers and installed correctly respectively. I've uninstalled and reinstalled previous NVIDIA drivers with DDU multiple times, but it didn't work. I have the same problem in other games.
Values I used to get:
FPS=90, GPU=80-99%, 80° CPU=95%-100%, 100°
The values I get now are:
FPS=65-80 GPU=100%, 60°-70° CPU=20%-45%, 60°-70°
In summary, I am experiencing a serious performance drop in after-service games. High GPU usage, low CPU usage. Am I having a bottleneck problem?
Thank you in advance for your help.
